Even though many construction companies out there say they can custom build, 90% of them only build whatever plans they already have, and they will change little things here and there, but won’t build your plans. We did not want another cookie cutter “Florida style house”, and after having many meetings with different builders, Michael was the only one that agreed to do exactly what I wanted. Maybe MT is more of a 4.75 than a perfect 5 (who is perfect?!), but Michael at MT Grand Homes helped us (and some neighbors) right after Ian hit us.  It was a stressful/challenging time with major damage/devastation in Fort Myers area but with NO “standing army” of massive skilled tradesmen ready and supplies stagged.  Micheal worked through all the challenges and repaired our home and kept RIGHT ON budget with a reasonable schedule.  He STOOD by all work, including if occasionally redo/fix had to occur.  He worked with us on material decisions and was professional with us;  If you want job done right he will do it! (yes this is belated post —-by a couple years)

My new kitchen is bright and perfect for entertaining.  I had two bathrooms completely reconfigured, and the space is now being used much more efficiently.  Any delays were communicated in a professional, timely manner, and work was completed at the agreed upon time.
